By Benjamin Horney ( November 4, 2016, 8:49 PM EDT) -- A group of investors including private equity outfit Warburg Pincus LLC may launch a takeover offer Singapore-listed real estate fund manager ARA Asset Management Ltd., The Wall Street Journal reported on Friday. According to the report, ARA Asset Management, which currently boasts a market valuation of about SG$1.4 billion ($1 billion), manages assets valued at SG$30 billion. ARA's founder is also part of the consortium weighing a buyout, the report said....
