Judge Orders CPSC To Close Phthalate Ban Loophole

Law360, New York (February 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has found that the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission erred in its decision to allow certain plastic toys made before a nationwide ban on phthalates takes effect to remain on store shelves.
