Dismissed Medtronic MDL Could Get New Lease On Life

Law360, New York (February 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A month after he dismissed with prejudice all the claims in a multidistrict litigation over Medtronic Inc.'s Sprint Fidelis defibrillator leads on preemption grounds, a federal judge has opened the door to allowing the plaintiffs to file an amended complaint.
