Judge In DRAM Action Settles Spat Over Crowell

Law360, New York (February 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge overseeing antitrust action against a group of dynamic random access memory chip makers has refused a request by defendant Infineon Technologies AG to hold the plaintiffs to account for failing to comply with a court order disqualifying Crowell & Moring LLP from the case.
