Barclays Settlement Lacks Key Information: LBHI

Law360, New York (February 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. has filed a limited objection to a settlement pact under which its unit Lehman Brothers Inc. could pay Barclays Capital Inc. about $221 million, saying it shouldn't be approved unless the trustee in charge of the broker-dealer's liquidation can show that the deal is reasonable.
