Dismiss Adult's Nursing Home Suit Filed As Child, Fla. Says

Law360, New York (November 21, 2016, 8:51 PM EST) -- An adult should not be allowed to challenge Florida’s institutionalization of children with disabilities in nursing facilities, even though he brought the suit as a child, the state told a federal judge Monday in urging the court to reject a magistrate judge’s recommendation to let him proceed in the potential class action.
