Full 7th Circ. Could Rewrite Book On Sex-Orientation Bias

Law360, New York (November 28, 2016, 8:13 PM EST) -- On Wednesday, the full Seventh Circuit will consider whether Title VII protects workers from discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, months after a seemingly reluctant panel ruled that the Civil Rights Act offers no such protection.
