ADM Faces Indictment Over Wastewater Violations

Law360 (February 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is planning to seek an indictment against an Archer Daniels Midland Co. subsidiary being investigated for wastewater discharge violations in Missouri, the grain industry giant said in a government filing Monday.
