Malpractice Suit Says Allergan Schemed With Implant Doctors

Law360, Los Angeles (November 30, 2016, 5:03 PM EST) -- Three patients suing their plastic surgeon for bad breast augmentations told a Florida state court Tuesday the company that made the implants is also at fault, since it signed off on $8.96 million worth of phony warranty claims, aiding a scheme to profit from intentionally botching the insertion of a perfectly good saline product.
