Commerce Corrects Errors In Chinese Refrigerant Duties

Law360, New York (November 30, 2016, 8:39 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has revised the preliminary dumping duties it imposed earlier this year on refrigerant imports from China that were sold at less than fair value in the United States, saying the change reflected a correction of “significant ministerial errors.”
