Gejaa T. Gobena Over the past decade, prosecutions for violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act have increased and become one of the centerpieces of the work of the U.S. Department of Justice. These increased prosecutions have been accompanied by growing fines and by boosts in the resources devoted by the department to such cases, which now include additional squads of FBI agents as well as prosecutors in United States Attorney’s offices to add to those in Main Justice.
