Law360, Springfield (December 1, 2016, 6:37 PM EST) -- Democrats in the Illinois legislature on Wednesday pushed through a law mandating that home health care workers employed by the state earn overtime pay for work in excess of 40 hours a week, defying a rule put in place earlier this year by Gov. Bruce Rauner.
