Chancery Trims Investopedia Sale Suit, Nixing Fraud Claim

Law360, New York (November 30, 2016, 8:27 PM EST) -- The Delaware Chancery Court on Wednesday dismissed a fraud claim in a dispute over the sale of financial website Investopedia in a $90 million acquisition deal, saying that most of the suit’s claims were valid but the fraud claim failed.
