Bosch Saws At Center Of Patent Case Could Face Import Ban

Law360, New York (December 1, 2016, 6:20 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has affirmed a judge’s finding that Robert Bosch GmbH infringed patents for table saw safety technology and is set to consider whether an import ban is in order.

In a Nov. 10 notice, the ITC said it decided not to review a final initial determination issued by Administrative Law Judge Thomas B.
