Hemfosa Inks $95M Deal For Swedish Property Portfolio

Law360, New York (December 1, 2016, 2:22 PM EST) -- Swedish real estate company Hemfosa Fastigheter said Thursday that it has agreed to acquire a portfolio of 11 office and school properties from Kaupthing ehf for 875 million Swedish krona ($94.7 million).

The properties are located in the Swedish cities of Stockholm, Järfälla, Södertälje, Gävle, Norrköping and Landskrona, and have a total rental value of 92 million Swedish krona, according to a statement announcing the deal. About half of that rental value is from the properties located in Stockholm, the statement said.
