Pa. Bar Must Rehire Worker It Accused Of Racism

Law360, New York (December 1, 2016, 7:29 PM EST) -- The National Labor Relations Board ordered a Pennsylvania bar to rehire a bartender it claims was fired for making racist statements about a customer to a coworker, ruling it really fired her over her protected complaints to management about new workers getting desirable shifts over veterans.
