Unsealed Amazon Docs Coming In $1.5B Transfer Pricing Row

Law360, New York (December 1, 2016, 4:04 PM EST) -- More than two dozen documents in a yearslong, $1.5 billion transfer pricing row between Amazon.com Inc. and IRS could soon see the light of day, after the U.S. Tax Court ordered the records' release Tuesday amid prodding from Guardian News & Media LLC.
