Calif. Gov. Names US Rep. Becerra As Golden State Top Cop

Jerry Brown tapped U.S. Rep Xavier Becerra, the first Latino member of the U.S. House Committee on Ways and Means, to replace Kamala Harris as attorney general when she steps down to take on her new role as U.S. senator, the governor said Thursday.
