8th Circ. Upholds Des Moines' Red-Light Camera Program

Law360, New York (December 1, 2016, 4:47 PM EST) -- The Eighth Circuit ruled Thursday that Des Moines, Iowa’s red-light traffic enforcement program does not violate the due process rights of six drivers challenging notices of violations they received in the mail, shutting down the drivers’ attempt to pursue their claims as a class.
