House Passes FMLA Flight Crew Amendment

Law360, New York (February 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. House of Representatives has voted to amend the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, in an effort to shed more light on the eligibility requirements for airline flight crews.

On Monday, the House introduced and passed the Airline Flight Crew Technical Corrections Act, which seeks to clarify the leave requirements for flight crews under FMLA.
