The 50-odd page document, supplemented by a Q&A and a fact sheet aimed at small businesses, comprises the agency's first guidance on national origin discrimination since the 2002 section of the EEOC's compliance manual it supersedes.

While the new guidance mostly fills in gaps that have emerged in the last 15 years rather than breaking new ground, attorneys tell Law360 the EEOC's latest memo should be on the reading...
