Crocs, Cellect Agree To Stomp Out Foam Patent Spat

Law360, New York (February 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Crocs Inc. has reached a settlement with Sentinel Products Corp. and its exclusive licensee Cellect LLC, a foam manufacturer, who last year accused the maker of the ubiquitous foam clogs of infringing a patent for a polymer blend.
