High Court Sends Design Patent Dispute Back To Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (December 12, 2016, 2:57 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday sent back to the Federal Circuit a design patent dispute over a loading dock patent so the lower court can reassess in light of the high court’s recent Samsung v. Apple case.
