4 More Deals Reached In Dick's Insider Trading Case

Law360, New York (February 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Four people connected to a Dick's Sporting Goods Inc. executive when the company acquired Galyan's Trading Co. Inc. in 2004 have settled charges they relied on inside information to sell shares ahead of the sale.

Judge Arthur J. Schwab of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania entered final consent judgments last week against four friends of friends of Joseph J. Queri Jr., who was senior vice president of real estate for Dick's.
