Philly Judge Junks J&J Risperdal Case Midtrial

Law360, Philadelphia (December 13, 2016, 5:38 PM EST) -- A midtrial ruling by a Philadelphia judge rejecting expert causation testimony brought a premature end Tuesday to the latest case over allegations that the Johnson & Johnson antipsychotic drug Risperdal caused an adolescent boy to grow female breasts.
