Dow Loses Bid To Limit Wachtell Role In Rohm Suit

Law360, New York (February 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Delaware judge refused Thursday to limit the role of Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz as it represents Rohm and Haas Co. in its efforts to force Dow Chemical Co. to close on its $18.8 billion acquisition of the specialty chemical manufacturer.
