SGI Seeks To Retain Ernst & Young In Bankruptcy Case

Law360, New York (August 16, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Silicon Graphics is looking for help to provide financial transition services as the company prepares to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, according to court filings.

The high-performance computer maker filed a request on Wednesday to retain Rhonda W. Munnerlyn of Ernst & Young LLP to help out in connection with the company’s audit.

SGI also seeks to employ KPMG LLP as accountant and auditor, and Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP and Deloitte Consulting LLP to provide accounting services.
