Inventor Settles Slot Machine Infringement Suit

Law360 (February 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Having won a permanent injunction after a federal judge vacated an earlier ruling, an inventor of a slot machine display has opted to hang up his gloves and settle an infringement action against Digital Sports Graphics Inc.

Judge Lloyd D. George of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada issued the injunction and dismissed the dispute Friday, bringing a hard-fought victory to Ericson Group Inc.
