Judge OKs Class In EPDM Price-Fixing Suit V. DSM

Law360 (February 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has certified a class in an antitrust action against DSM Copolymer Inc. and DSM Elastomers Europe BV, the remaining defendants in multidistrict litigation involving allegations of fixing the price of ethylene propylene diene monomer synthetic rubber used in the auto and roofing industries.
