Hints Of New SEC Priorities

Law360, New York (February 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two speeches by recently appointed Democratic SEC Commissioners may hint at the new agenda and priorities of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. At the top of the list are: more vigorous enforcement, improved risk management and closing well publicized regulatory loopholes.
