Ford's Patent Invalidity Claims Can Go Forward, Judge Says

Law360, New York (January 9, 2017, 4:31 PM EST) -- A Michigan federal judge on Monday said Ford Motor Co. can continue its attempt to invalidate certain software patents in the midst of an infringement dispute with the patent holder, finding that their untimeliness is not prohibitive, and that the automaker should be allowed leave to amend them.
