Wind Turbine Co. Sues Swiss Re Over Storm Damage

Law360, New York (February 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Wind turbine manufacturer Vestas-American Wind Technology Inc. has sued Swiss Re Specialty Insurance (UK) Ltd. and certain underwriters at Lloyd's of London for allegedly failing to cover $15 million in damage to the company's turbine equipment caused by a 2007 hurricane.
