2 More Energy Execs Cop Pleas In Venezuela Bribery Scheme

Law360, New York (January 10, 2017, 4:11 PM EST) -- Two energy company owners pled guilty to foreign bribery charges for their roles in an alleged scheme to fraudulently secure energy contracts from Venezuela's state-owned oil giant Petroleos de Venezuela SA, a scheme that has already netted several guilty pleas, federal prosecutors said Tuesday.
