Push For Toshiba Docs Denied In Intel Antitrust Case

Law360 (February 20, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A special master has denied an attempt by Advanced Micro Devices Inc. and a class of plaintiffs to force Toshiba Corp. to turn over more documents as the parties build their antitrust case alleging Intel Corp. unlawfully maintained a monopoly in the microprocessor market.
