C&D, Abbott $29M Pregnancy Test Patent Suit Ended

Law360 (February 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A district court judge has entered judgment and terminated a patent suit filed by Church & Dwight Co. Inc. alleging Abbott Laboratories infringed three of its patents related to home pregnancy tests that a year ago yielded $29.2 million in damages for the plaintiff.
