Doctor Loses Appeal Of Hospital's Staff Privilege Revocation

Law360, New York (January 24, 2017, 6:01 PM EST) -- A Missouri state appeals court has affirmed a lower court's decision that a cardiologist didn't show that Des Peres Hospital Inc. failed to substantially comply with its bylaws in conducting peer-review proceedings of a committee's recommendation that his medical staff privileges be revoked, holding Tuesday that he didn't allege sufficient facts.
