High Court Denies Holocaust Survivors' Insurance Suit

Law360 (February 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has turned down a petition from a group of Holocaust survivors and their families who claim they were bilked of billions by Italian insurer Assicurazioni Generali SpA and who were seeking reconsideration of a settlement with the insurance company.

The case was one of dozens denied certiorari by the high court Monday.
