Ex-Cypress CEO Calls Out Exec's Role In $1.3B Lattice Deal

Law360, Wilmington (January 31, 2017, 4:24 PM EST) -- A founder and former CEO of Cypress Semiconductor Corp. demanded access to the company’s books and records in Delaware Chancery Court on Monday, alleging the current executive chairman’s role in a competitor’s $1.3 billion buyout of Lattice Semiconductor Corp. amounts to “irreconcilable conflicts of interest.”
