US Foods Holding Corp. has named Kristin M. Coleman general counsel and chief compliance officer, effective Wednesday. Coleman will join the food service giant from Sears Holdings Corp., which she had joined as general counsel and corporate secretary in 2014. Prior to Sears, she served as general counsel and corporate secretary for Brunswick Corp. and practiced at Sidley Austin LLP.
