Madoff Investors Must Abide By Claims Deadline

Law360, New York (February 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal bankruptcy judge has shot down a bid by a group of investors who received distributions from Bernard L. Madoff's collapsed investment fund to push back a July deadline for filing customer claims with the trustee overseeing the firm's Chapter 11 proceedings.
