Collins & Aikman Creditors Want Antitrust Probe

Law360 (August 21, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The unsecured creditors committee of bankrupt Collins & Aikman Corp. wants to investigate DaimlerChrysler Corp., Ford Motor Corp. and General Motors Corp.—the auto supplier’s largest customers—for alleged violations of antitrust law.
