Workers' Suit Against Dallas Transit, DOL Dismissed

Law360, New York (February 25, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has dismissed a case brought against the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority and the U.S. Department of Labor by more than 400 plaintiffs who said DART breached the employee protective arrangements of its contracts with the Federal Transit Administration for grant money.
