Teva Loses Bid To Toss Novartis Claims Over Famvir

Law360 (February 25, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss willful infringement claims against Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. or grant the generics maker summary judgment in a patent dispute with Novartis AG over the genital herpes drug Famvir.
