FERC Refuses To Revisit Nuclear Plant Standard

Law360 (February 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has denied a request from the operator of New York’s electricity grid to hold a new hearing on provisions in a previously approved standard for coordinating the activities between nuclear power plants and transmission entities in deregulated power markets.
