Bankruptcy Judge Bars Moves Against Lyondell Parent

Law360 (February 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The federal judge heading the Lyondell Chemical Co. Chapter 11 proceedings has issued a 60-day injunction preventing creditors from taking action against the chemical company's European parent, a move Lyondell said was necessary in order to prevent the further erosion of its assets.
