FriendFinder Says Ownership Of Adult Sites Is Undisputed

Law360, Wilmington (February 14, 2017, 8:31 PM EST) -- FriendFinder Networks Inc. told a Delaware state court judge Tuesday that its ownership of eight adult-themed websites is undisputed and said evidence presented during a November trial should lead the court to order them returned from Penthouse Global Media Inc.

FriendFinder attorney Robert W. Whetzel of Richards Layton & Finger PA began post-trial arguments by saying that when Penthouse and its related businesses were sold off in 2016, FriendFinder accidentally transferred control of the eight websites to PGMI, which has refused to return the domain names.
