Execs Blame Auditor In Comverse Backdating Suit

Law360 (February 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two defendants in the Comverse Technology Inc. options backdating litigation argue that if they are held liable in the case, Deloitte & Touche LLP should contribute to at least some of the damages based on its role as the company’s outside independent auditor.
