Best Buy Suit Can Move To Federal Court: 9th Circ.

Law360 (February 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled Thursday that a proposed class action filed against Best Buy Co. and others over credit card fees could be removed to federal court under the Class Action Fairness Act, reversing a lower court ruling that kept the matter in state court.
