Law360, New York (February 21, 2017, 10:19 AM EST) -- The outlook is bright for global mergers and acquisition activity in the first half of 2017, and though North American dealmaking is expected to dip slightly, the uncertainty brought on by the new U.S. administration hasn't had a chilling effect on the market so far.
Intralinks Holdings Inc., a provider of cloud-based document sharing for M&A due diligence, released its quarterly deal flow predictor on Friday and the report, which relies on the company's early-stage merger activity data to predict future deals, was optimistic about the first half of 2017.
