Mo. Beer Drinkers' Bid To Block InBev Merger Cut Off

Law360 (February 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Missouri beer consumers who filed an antitrust suit over the merger of Anheuser-Busch and Belgian beer giant InBev have lost an appeal seeking to either reverse the merger or segregate assets in the combined company, leaving the case to move forward in federal court on claims seeking divestitures instead.
